This six-week course covers a full year of Chemistry concepts for credit. Students will use their knowledge of chemistry to broaden understanding of aspects of their natural lives. Through analyzing news articles and interpreting implications of new scientific technology, students will use the web as a resource to improve scientific understanding. Through effective communication of lab results and scientific information to their peers, students will perform basic laboratory activities and provide critical analysis of their results. All courses are taught by our highly-qualified teachers.

  • Grades 9-12

  • June 24 – August 2 (closed on July 4th & 5th); 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM; Fee: $1,600

  • What to Bring / What to Wear

    • Students should bring pencils and paper. They may bring a water bottle and a snack if needed. Students should dress appropriately for activities (e.g., comfortable and appropriate shoes, shorts, and t-shirts).
    • If you will be combining Chemistry with another half-day Hi Hills program, your child will be provided lunch each day.
  • Drop Off & Pick Up

    AM Drop Off: 8:15 AM
    PM Pick Up: 12:15 PM

    Drop off for the Chemistry course should be at the Upper School car line. Students should not be dropped off before 8:00 a.m. All students who are not signed up for another camp at the end of Chemistry must be picked up at 12:15 p.m. at the Upper School car line.
