Smiles, Sports, and School Spirit Shine at Homecoming / Family Day 2025

Gill St. Bernard's celebrated another wonderful Homecoming / Family Day on Saturday, September 27, 2025, bringing together the school community for a day filled with games, activities, food, and school spirit.

The morning sun kicked off the day with a great line up of GSB team sports. GSB fans cheered on their athletes all over campus. Families were also able to enjoy fun activities including decorating pumpkins, inflatable bounce slides, tug-of-war rope contest, a tremendous performance from the Upper School choir, and a delicious lunch under the big food tent catered by Sage Dining Services.

Visitors also stopped by the Upper School game booths, including the senior class dunk tank and junior class cotton candy table. The Athletic Booster's swag tables were busy all day with sales of GSB gear to show school pride. The Parents’ Association tables highlighted all the upcoming events during the school year. Home Winds Farm Manager Ned Lincoln and his team harvested a fresh bounty from the school's two-acre garden and offered fresh produce for sale, highlighting the school's commitment to sustainability.

Throughout the day, families came and GSB students of all ages played, cheered on our Knight athletes, and celebrated with the GSB community, especially during the recognition of the 600th win for Varsity Coach, Tony Bednarsky.

We hope you enjoy the photo gallery from the day, listed below. Go Knights!
