GSB Pianist Uses Her Talent to Raise Money for Pandemic Relief
Isha Vemuri ‘22 has been a competitive pianist for 10 years, and last month she performed for an organization called Virtual Music Maker, a group created by teens to donate money, by performing music, to the United Way of New York City. The United Way is raising money for low income New Yorkers during the pandemic. Isha, along with five other teens from around the country live-streamed their performances on Youtube, and the group has already raised over $700 for coronavirus relief. One of their performances can be seen below!
