GSB Celebrates Homecoming & Family Day 2022 (Photo Gallery)

On a picture perfect autumn day, the full Gill St. Bernard's community came together to celebrate our annual GSB Homecoming / Family Day.

As our school commemorates the 50th anniversary of our school merger, GSB families, faculty, staff, and friends gathered on campus to cheer on our middle and upper school sports teams and take part in an incredible array of friendly activities. Some of the many highlights from this year included pumpkin patch painting, goat petting, balloon animals, and newly added inflatable bounce castles and relay races, resulting in an endless supply of laughter and smiles from students of all ages.

Families also enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch courtesy of our SAGE Dining Services team, treats from Kona Ice Cream Truck, and student-run cotton candy and dunk tank sales. With the Booster Club, Home Winds Farm, and School Store selling an exciting collection of new GSB apparel, everyone in attendance had the chance to add some Gill spirit to their collections.

Perhaps the most memorable moment of the day was enjoying GSB's lower, middle, and upper school choirs join together for a special musical performance as they sang the song "Home" by Phillip Phillips, a perfect tribute to the feeling that Gill community experienced all day.

A special thanks to our Parents' Association and Homecoming / Family Day Co-Chairs, Marcella Criscola, Shelby Godfrey, Sharon Macak for their leadership, as well as all of our Operations Team, parent, student, faculty, and staff volunteers for making this year's event such an incredible success.
