Honors Algebra II/Trig

Program Info

Instructor: Manuel Hercules, GSB Upper School Teacher

This six-week course covers a full year of Algebra II concepts for credit. In addition to exploring various types of functions, students will also study topics that include rational exponents, logarithms, imaginary numbers, and probability. An entire unit of the class is devoted to trigonometry. All courses are taught by highly-qualified GSB teachers.

  • Grades 9-11

  • June 24 – August 2; 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM; Fee: $1,600

  • What to Bring / What to Wear

    • Students should bring pencils and paper. They may bring a water bottle and a snack if needed. Students should dress appropriately for activities (e.g., comfortable and appropriate shoes, shorts, and t-shirts).
    • If you will be combining Honors Algebra II/Trig with another half-day Hi Hills program, your child will be provided lunch each day.
  • Drop Off & Pick Up

    AM Drop Off: 8:15 AM
    PM Pick Up: 12:15 PM

    Drop off for the Honors Algebra II/ Trig course should be at the Upper School car line. Students should not be dropped off before 8:00 AM. All students who are not signed up for another camp at the end of Geometry must be picked up at 12:15 PM at the Upper School car line.
