With opening night just over two weeks away, final preparations are underway for the GSB Players’ production of THE GAME'S AFOOT.
Directed and costumed by Performing Arts Chair Paul Canada, and produced by GSB alumnus Todd Ross '94, the show offers something for everyone: comedy, mystery, suspense… and, of course, murder.
THE GAME'S AFOOT is set in December of 1936 at the mansion of William Gillette—an American actor best known for his stage portrayals of Sherlock Holmes. Gillette has invited fellow cast members for some Christmas cheer. When a house guest is murdered, Gillette must once again assume the role of Holmes and solve the dastardly crime before the killer strikes again.
Tickets are on sale now for this sure to sell-out performance. Shows are 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 3; Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5. Doors open 30 minutes before curtain. If there are any problems purchasing tickets, please email Cathy Moore at firstname.lastname@example.org.
