The Upper School fall production of Murder on the Nile opened tonight. As always, Paul Canada, Shannon Ludlum and everyone in the cast was outstanding. More drama than comedy, the script makes significant demands on the actors and all of our students did a great job.

It is always easy for me to talk about our performing arts programs. Whether it is in the theater, concert or at a recital, our students perform at a very high level. I give tremendous credit to our faculty – lower, middle, and upper – for their hard work and vision. The success of these programs makes it easy for me to talk about the importance of the new performing arts center. While it will be funded by donors, it is clear that this new facility is being “built” by our students and teachers, past and present.
