Spotlight: Lower and Middle School Parent Opportunities

Looking ahead to the next several weeks, there are several parent opportunities on the horizon in the Lower and Middle Schools:

Monday, March 4
Please join us for a Middle School and Upper School recital in the PACC at 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 6
There is a Lower & Middle School parent volunteer meeting facilitated by division parent leaders Mary Barbara Granito, Jenn Koester, and Melissa Toledo. This meeting will focus on planning for LS/MS spring on-campus activities that need parent support. All are welcome.

Also on March 6, please join us for our second annual Culture Night from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Evans Hall. This is an all-school event for families of all ages and stages. This year, the group Colors of India will perform. As we did last year, we would like to encourage attendees to bring a dish representative of their culture/heritage. Please RSVP to Tracey Goodson Barrett, tbarrett@gsbschool.org, by March 1.

Thursday, March 7
Visiting author Ibi Zoboi will speak to grades seven and eight students in the PACC from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Grades seven and eight parents are invited to this special event.

We hope to see you at one or more of these exciting opportunities!
