About Hi-Hills

Facilities

The Athletic Center is a 27,000 square foot facility, housing three full-size basketball courts and a three-lane indoor track. Hi Hills uses this facility for sport camps and very hot or rainy day indoor activities. Brueckner Hall, a multi-purpose room overlooking the basketball courts, it is a great all-purpose room for dance and indoor play.
The 14,400 square foot building houses a multi-sport practice and game court as well as a fitness center and locker rooms. The field house is where campers change for swim.
Talents are discovered and nurtured with Rose's pottery classes in the Art Barn! Campers learn various techniques while creating pieces using the slab method or learning to throw on the wheel.
Two upper fields are used for sports camps as well as various camp activities. Adjacent to the field is our playground.
The turf field is used for our sports camps. Hi Hills also hosts all camp challenges or team activities on the turf field.
The seven regulation outdoor hard tennis courts enable campers to participate in one of our half-day, week-long tennis camps or to enjoy learning some skills and playing during camp.
The Hi Hills pool has taught many campers how to swim, while encouraging others to improve their strokes. What better way to cool off than with our very own Splash Pad? It's ideal for campers to challenge themselves to reach the top!
Gaga is a game that brings everyone together. Whether one bunk or the whole camp, gaga is surely a favorite!
No need to pack a lunch - Flik Dining Services provides a daily hot lunch option as well as salad bar and deli options. The air-conditioned dining hall is a great place for campers to meet with their bunks and discuss the day ahead. Parents are invited on Parent Luncheon day to join their camper!
Our low ropes course offers 11 different challenges beginning on the ground and working their way up to getting over the wall. These elements allow campers to gain skills in team work, communication and self-awareness.
Home Winds adds incredible value to Gill St. Bernard's School as a sustainable 126-acre working farm, with cattle, goats, sheep, donkeys, chickens and a rabbitt. Hi Hills uses Home Winds for many of their outdoor challenges as well as fishing, archery, and paddle boats. Home Winds also has a 2-acre garden that campers have the opportunity to learn and experience hands on where their food comes from, and taste it in the dining hall!
Gill St. Bernard's classrooms and labs are used for many of our academic and enrichment programs. We also use the art room, two tinkers spaces and music room. There is never a problem on rainy days!
