"Cinderella" Receives Paper Mill Playhouse Nomination

The Paper Mill Playhouse has released its annual nominations for Rising Star awards, and Performing Arts Chair Paul H. Canada has received a nomination for outstanding costuming achievement for Cinderella. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on June 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey.
The Rising Star awards were created in 1996 to recognize the accomplishments of musical theater productions in schools. In the past decade, Canada has collected eight Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star awards for Outstanding Costuming Achievement for GSB productions: She Loves Me (2007), The Secret Garden (2008), Kiss Me, Kate (2010), A Little Night Music (2011), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (2012), Little Women, (2013), Godspell (2014) and Once Upon a Mattress (2015).
Gill St. Bernard’s is a private, coeducational day school for students age three through grade 12, located in suburban New Jersey. Each of the three school divisions provides a rigorous, meaningful and age-appropriate curriculum, and all students benefit from the environmental learning opportunities that exist on our 208-acre campus.
