The indoor track team competed in the Skyland Conference Championships this past Saturday at the Jersey City Armory. The day marked another win for junior shot put standout C.J Licata, who claimed the Somerset County Championship and New Balance Games earlier this season. Licata’s 60' shot put smashed all competitors as well as his own school record.
Looking ahead, the Knights have three tournaments scheduled for this weekend. Varsity swimming will compete in the Somerset County championships at Montgomery High School on Saturday. The boys' meet begins at 10:00 a.m., and the girls begin at 4:00. The indoor track team will compete in the NJISAA championships (Prep B) at the Lawrenceville School this Saturday.
