The Fine Arts Department will host an opening reception for its spring art exhibition from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12. The event, which is open to the public, will be held in the classrooms and gallery in Founders Hall and in the main house on the Home Winds Campus. The exhibition features an array of work from students in kindergarten through grade 12, including drawings, paintings, mixed media collages, photographs, ceramics and fine wood pieces.
Advanced Placement senior portfolios will be on view in the Founders Upper School art studio, and a variety of work from Middle and Upper School students will be on display throughout the Founders gallery.
The show will run from May 12 through the end of the school year.
Please be advised that there is no parking at the Home Winds Campus. Anyone attending the opening reception should park on the school’s main campus. There will be a bus running continuously between Home Winds and the main campus (behind Hockenbury) from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
