Studio Art Class Wins 2nd Place in Regional Gingerbread Contest
Students in Bonnie Frith's first semester seventh grade Studio Art class entered a gingerbread contest sponsored by FLIK, and took second place in the region, earning a $250 prize. Bob Ort assisted the team in building the interior structure, and Chef Joe supplied the edible materials for the exterior. The designs were judged by Bill Chodan, SVP Culinary Operations, based on creativity, quality of detail and finesse, and quality of photos submitted, with a final decision made by FLIK CEO Scott Davis.
GSB designers include: Addy Angell, Angie Bonaventura, Bianca Cooper, Sofia Criscola, Lucy Halstead, Juliana Holmes, Abby Novinski, Ava Roslund, Libby Scott, and Annabelle Wong. Congratulations!
