Golf Stays Red Hot

It was another dominant week on the golf course for the Knights as they won three more matches to improve their record to 12-1.
Gill started off against a strong Somerville team on Tuesday, April 23, but the Knights were able to pull out a 161-176 victory. Sophomore Graeme Hollingshead shot an incredible 36 to lead all scorers. Having the other top finishes for GSB were senior Moritz Weigold (41), junior Drew Kramer (42), and sophomore Sophie Chang (42).
GSB was back on the course the following day as the Knights defeated Rutgers Prep 197-172. Gill swept the top-three spots with low scores from juniors Evan Varma (40) and Nick Policano (42), and Chang (43).
The Knights saved their best performance for last as they defeated previously unbeaten Voorhees, 160-189, for their third win in as many days. The team score of 160 was the lowest of the season. Hollingshead was again under 40 as he shot a 37 to lead all players. Seniors Abhay Puri (40) and Weigold (40) rounded out the top-three scores of the day.
