The Parents’ Association is hosting our annual GSB Culture Night Fair on Wednesday, December 6. This is an incredible opportunity for our school community to share and appreciate each other’s cultural heritage, language, history, cuisine, or customs. Do you have a favorite dish, a special tradition, a family heirloom, or a talent and/or customary dance, or something else you would like to share with the GSB community?

Previous Activity: Hispanic Heritage Month
The GSB Parents' Association Diversity Committee helped to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in September and October by supporting a campus-wide display of positive images recognizing the culture, achievements, contributions, and influence of Hispanic and Latinx Americans past and present.

Previous Activity: Holiday Photo Collage
GSB families responded to a call-out from the PA Diversity Committee for images depicting the diverse ways we honor winter celebrations, including Diwali, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, Christmas, Boxing Day, Kwanzaa, New Year's Day, and Three Kings' Day.

More than 50 families celebrated the many heritages at GSB through virtual presentations of food, music, and discussions highlighting countries and traditions from around the world.
