GSB's Sport Performance is designed to enhance an athlete's performance on the field, court, and track.

By utilizing premier facilities and individual athlete data, GSB athletic trainers work with student athletes to teach proper technique and build customized, sports-specific programs that improves speed, strength, power, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention.
