About Me:
My husband and I are both proudly graduates of Gill St. Bernard's School. We both grew up in the Chester and Long Valley area, and currently live in Mendham, NJ. We have two daughters who have attended school at GSB since preschool, and we couldn't be happier that they are loving their experiences as much as we did.

My daughters have been an active part of the performing arts at GSB, performing in Lower, Middle, and Upper School stage productions, as well as a variety of other after school activities. I am an active parent volunteer on campus. I have held numerous leadership positions on the Parents' Association Steering Committee and Alumni Council, as well as volunteering on an as needed basis within the Lower and Middle Schools and elsewhere on campus.

Gill St. Bernard's is a family. The community is strong. Class sizes are small and the families are friendly. The faculty is never more than a quick email or phone call away, and everyone works together towards the goal of giving your child what they need to succeed.

My favorite tradition at the school is the Kindergarten Nutcracker performance. Maybe it is the inherent warmth of the season or the innocence of the age, but there is something truly magical about watching children that small take everything they have been learning in school and turn around and express it with such excitement and joy for all to see. It's just beautiful.

Although my husband and I have very strong ties to the school, it was never the original plan to start them here at such an early age. That being said, as we looked around at our preschool options for our first daughter, we weren't surprised by what we saw. The balance of work and play and the warmth of the faculty just felt right when we came to take a look at the program.

Our children are happy and thriving at GSB. What more could we ask for?
