Students collect 1360 pairs of shoes for Soles 4 Souls
GSB students collected 1360 pairs of shoes, with a total weight of 1776 lbs., to send to Soles 4 Souls, an organization that refurbishes them to send to those in need both domestically and abroad.
Junior Maggie Bedrosian organized the project, including the shoe collection and the 20 different after-school and weekend dates when Upper School students volunteered to collect, pair-up and box the shoes. Coach Jonna Mullane helped out.
