Haiti relief efforts spearheaded by students
Within hours of learning about the devastation in Haiti, GSB students and faculty responded with a coordinated effort across divisions, organizations and individuals that will maximize the school’s ability to assist the earthquake victims.
The lead is being taken by organizations such as H.O.P.E. (Helping Oppressed People and the Environment) and the divisional student governments, with the assistance of faculty and staff. Money will be raised to support relief efforts through a series of bake sales, concerts and a coin competition.
