Parents' AssociationAll parents of GSB students are members of the Parents' Association. The goal of this organization is to help ensure the overall well-being of the school. Through volunteering time and financial resources, invaluable support for the school is provided and community spirit fostered. This involvement also gives our parents a better understanding of GSB and an avenue to get to know other parents, teachers and staff. One of the most important tasks of the Parents' Association is to raise funds to supplement the school's programs. As with any independent school Gill St. Bernard's annual expenses exceed the income from tuition. To lessen this gap in the operating budget and to help hold down tuition costs, the school conducts several fund-raising activities each year. Trustee, parent and alumni volunteers are instrumental to the success of these programs and their service to the school is as valuable as financial support. With funds raised from its various activities, the Parents' Association sponsors special programs, projects and events which benefit all members of the GSB Community. For questions concerning the Parents' Association, please contact Becky Clamp, Director of Parent Relations and Special Events on ext. 219.
